Meatballs Subs
Meat Balls (either make your own or purchase),
1 pint Bone Suckin Sauce

Bake 1/2 hour on each side in oven at 375. Take out and put in crockpot on high for 1 hour. Turn down low. Pour
Bone Suckin Sauce on the meatballs and keep crockpot on on low for 5-6 hours. [top]

Grilled Chicken
(This is the recipe that started it all)

Chicken,1/2 per person
Bone Suckin Sauce,1 pint

Quarter chickens and place on preheated charcoal or gas grill 6" to 8" above heat. Cook for 1 and 1/2 hours turning once and basting with butter once if you like. During the last 20 minutes, baste with
Bone Suckin Sauce on each side turning once. This is what started it all! (To save cooking time, cook chicken in the microwave until almost done and finish cooking on the grill as above. [top]

Bone Suckin' Double-Dipped Buffalo Wings

Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 cup
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon (To make extremely HOT add 4 teaspoons)
Butter, 1 stick
Chicken Wings, 24
Vegetable Oil, enough to cover your wings while frying in your pot or deep fat fryer
Baking Pan / Cookie Sheet with small sides to keep sauce from flowing off.
Remove wings from Sauce and place on sheet.
Recipe Variation (Serve with Blue Cheese and Celery Sticks)

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. Preheat Oil to 375 degrees.
3. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add Bone Suckin Sauce and Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce. Simmer Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce on stove.
4. Fry wings in oil at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Then drain excess oil from Wings.
5. Submerge Wings into Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce.
6. Remove Wings from Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce. Place coated Wings on Baking Pan / Cookie Sheet.
7. Bake Wings in oven for 10 minutes.
8. Remove Wings from oven and submerge wings Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce in the sauce pan turning over once.
9. Enjoy Bone Suckin' Double-Dipped Buffalo Wings! [top]

Bone Suckin Sauce Cabernet Sauce

6 oz. of
Bone Suckin Sauce
1/4 c. Cabernet Sauvignon Wine

Whisk together for one of the easiest and best sauce/ marinades of your life. Spoon over Steaks, Pork Tenderloin, Chops, Seafood, Vegetables. Variation add minced onions

Seaside Bone Suckin Sauce

3 Tbs. Dry White Wine
2 Tbs. Lemon or Lime Juice
2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
2 tsp.
Bone Suckin Sauce
1 tsp. Paprika,
¼ tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Pepper
Whisk together. Cover and chill. Spoon over any cooked seafood grilled salmon, shrimp, oysters, flounder, crabs, etc...

Bone Suckin Sauce Hamburgers (This Recipe Is GREAT !)

Ground Beef, 1 pound
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 cup
Mix it all up in a bowl and grill away. [top]



Bone Suckin Sauce Gravy (Hot or Mild)

Condenced Tomato Soup, 2 cans
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 pint (Hot or Regular)

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat, stiffing with a fork so it won't stick. BOOM! You got gravy ! [top]


Bacon Steaks (You can already smell how good this is !)

Steaks, 1 per person
Bacon, 1 pound pack
Bone Suckin Sauce-, 2 pints
Toothpicks, 3 per steak

Wrap bacon around steak and secure with toothpicks. Marinate in - overnight or for 3 hours - Grill. Don't forget to remove the toothpicks and then Enjoy ! [top]


Meat Loaf

Ground Beef, 1 and 1/2 pounds
Onion, 1 medium diced
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1/2 cup
Egg, 1 beaten
Salt, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Pepper, 1/2 tablespoon
Bread Crumbs, 1 cup toasted

Combine all ingredients. Place in loaf pan and start baking at 350 degrees for one hour. Baste with additional - during cooking time. Serves 4-6. [top]


Crock Pot Barbecued Beef Stew

Stew Beef, 2 lbs
Oil, 2 tablespoons
Onions, 1 cup sliced
Garlic, 1/8 tablespoon minced
Tomatoes, 8 ounce can
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1/3 cup
Beef Stock, 2 cups
Salt, 1/2 tablespoon
Mushrooms, 4 ounce can
Cornstarch, 3 tablespoons
Water, 1/4 cup cold

Brown beef in oil. Put sliced onions, garlic and peper in bottom of crock pot. Add
the beef and remaining ingredients except the cornstarch and water. Cook on low 8-10
hours. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to crock pot and simmer until thick. Serve over rice. Serves 6-8.

Grilled Shrimp Kabobs

Shrimp, 1/2 pound
Zucchini, 2 small
Yellow squash, 2 small
Small Onions, 6 cut in quarters
Skewers, about 8
Cherry Tomatoes, 1 pint
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 jar (16 oz.)

Clean and de-vein shrimp. Slice yellow and zucchini squash into discs /4 inch thick.Quarter onions. Alternate food on skewers and place on grill over medium heat. Baste with - and turn several times during cooking. Cook until shrimp looses it's translucent appearance and becomes opaque. Serves 8 [top]

Ribs On The Grill

Spareribs, 2 Racks (5 to 6 lbs.) Cut into
2 rib sections
Salt and Pepper
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 pint

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs on all sides. Place in shallow glass dish. Pour
Bone Suckin Sauce evenly over the ribs. Marinate 1 hour at room termperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain ribs well. Place ribs 8" above gray coals. With tongs, turn ribs every 10 minutes. Brush ribs with reserved marinate on each turning. Cook 1 hour or until brown and crisp. [top]


Oven Baked Chicken

Chicken, 1/2 per person
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 - 2 pints

Quarter or cut up chicken into smaller pieces and place in glass dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven preheated to 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Remove foil, pour off excess liquid, baste with Bone Suckin' Sauce and return to oven uncovered for 15 minutes. Baste again and cook for an additional 15 minutes. If you like chicken juicy rather than crisp, cover with foil during the entire cooking process. [top]

Barbecued Beans

Ground beef, 1 pound
Sweet Red pepper, 1
Sweet Yellow pepper, 1
Large Onion, 1
Bone Suckin Sauce, 1 cup

Drain beans in colander. Brown hamburger and drain. Dice and cook peppers and onion in microwave for 5-7 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and add enough sauce to make sticky but not soupy. Place in a 9 X 12 pyrex dish or teflon pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 15-20 [top]

Grilled King Mackerel or Tuna

King Mackerel or Tuna Steaks, 1 per person
Bone Suckin Sauce
Layer King Mackerel or Tuna Steaks in a glass dish or Zip Lock bag. Pour 1 cup of Bone Suckin Sauce over steaks and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cooking. Turn steaks several times during the marinating process. Place on grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes per inch thickness, or until fish flakes with a fork. Baste with Bone Suckin' Sauce and turn once while cooking. [top]

Party Dip

Cream Cheese, 8 ounces
Chopped onion, 4 tablespoons
Bone Suckin' Sauce, 1/4 cup
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers or chips. This simple recipe is a real party winner! [top]
