Bone Suckin' Double-Dipped Buffalo Wings
Bone Suckin Sauce,
1 cup
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon (To make extremely
HOT add 4 teaspoons)
Butter, 1 stick
Chicken Wings, 24
Vegetable Oil, enough to cover your wings while frying in your
pot or deep fat fryer
Baking Pan / Cookie Sheet with small sides to keep sauce from
flowing off.
Remove wings from Sauce and place on sheet.
Recipe Variation (Serve with Blue Cheese and Celery Sticks)
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. Preheat Oil to 375 degrees.
3. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add
Bone Suckin Sauce and Hiccuppin'
Hot Sauce. Simmer Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce on stove.
4. Fry wings in oil at 375 degrees for
10 minutes or until done. Then drain excess oil from Wings.
5. Submerge Wings into Bone Suckin' Wing
Sauce.
6. Remove Wings from Bone Suckin' Wing
Sauce. Place coated Wings on Baking Pan / Cookie Sheet.
7. Bake Wings in oven for 10 minutes.
8. Remove Wings from oven and submerge
wings Bone Suckin' Wing Sauce in the sauce pan turning over
once.
9. Enjoy Bone Suckin' Double-Dipped Buffalo

Quick Spanish Rice
Rice, 1 cup cooked
"Big Chunks Salsa", 2 cups warmed
Mix together and serve. Serves 4. [top]

Dip
Your Favorite Refried Beans, 16 ounce can
"Big Chunks Salsa", 16 ounce jar
Shredded Cheese, 8 ounces
Chopped Green Onion, 1 cup
Chopped Jalepenos (optional), 1/4 cup
Sour Cream (optional), for garnish
Layer beans, "Big Chunks" Salsa
and cheese in 8" x 8" baking dish. Place in 350
degree preheated oven. Bake until cheese melts. You may cook in
microwave. Serve your favorite tortilla chip. [top]
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce Buffalo
Wings
Chicken drummettes or wings, (your choice)
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce,
5oz. jar
Butter, one 4oz. stick
Garlic powder, 2 tablespoons
Deep fat fry chicken wings or drummettes until very crisp. Melt
butter stick, garlic and Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce in a sauce pan.
Lay chicken on cookie sheet and drizzle
mixture over the chicken. Your mouth will ignite with flavor and
heat. The flavor will hide the heat so be careful. ENJOY!!! [top]
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce Grilled
Chicken Wings
Chicken drummettes or wings, (your choice)
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce,
5oz. jar
Put wings in bowl and cover with Hiccuppin'
Hot Sauce. Let set for a couple of hours. Put on grill. Cook til
done. Extremely Hot !!! [top]
"Big Chunks" Salsa
Half - Time Chili
Hamburger meat, 2 pounds
Chopped celery, 1/2 cup
Chopped fine onion, 1/2 cup
Refried beans, 32 oz. can
Chili beans, 16 oz. can
Pinto beans, 16 oz. can
Kidney beans, 16oz. can
Tomato sauce, 16 oz. can
"Big Chunks Salsa" Regular
"Big Chunks Salsa" Hot
Favorite dry chile seasoning, 2 packs
Salt & Pepper
Brown meat, onion and celery. Add all other
ingredients until hot & Serve. If you like thinner chili add
1 cup of water. Serves 10 - 12 people. Suggested Toppings: Chives,
shredded cheese and sourcream. Vegetarian Style: Use 2 table spoons
of vegetable oil to brown celery and onion in place of hamburger

Meat Loaf
Ground Beef, 1.5 pounds
1 Onion, medium diced,
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce, 1 teaspoon
1 Egg beaten,
Salt, 1.5 teaspoon
Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Toasted Bread Crumbs, 1cup
"Big Chunks Salsa", 1 cup
Combine first seven ingredients. Place in
loaf pan, top with salsa and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Serves 4-6 people. [top]
