Greek Pear Salad

Greek Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup Oreganato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Melinas Mediterranean Vinegar
2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

Salad
2 California Bartlett Pears cored & sliced
1 Cucumber thinly sliced
1 Tomato cut into wedges
1/2 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
4 oz Feta Cheese

In a Medium Bowl Combine oil, vinegar, sugar & Pepper. Add pears and spoon dressing over all surfaces. In a Salad Bowl combine cucumber, tomato, olives and cheese. Arrange pears on salad, pour remaining dressing over top.
