Recipes with Cajun Street Gourmet Blend

Creole Crab & Leek Dip
Suggestion: Use 1 tsp. per lb. of meat or fish. Rub on meat before cooking. It also adds some zip to vegetables and potatoes. Sprinkle over french fries before cooking to make your own cajun fries. This is also a great blend to put on any sandwich where you want a little zip but not to much heat

Creole Crab & Leek Dip

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup low-fat or no fat mayonnaise
  • 1 can no-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp. Cajun Street
  • 3 TBSP. Dried Leeks
  • Place all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker and cook on low for about two hours, stirring occasionally so it does not stick. Keep warm and serve with crackers or warm bread. You may want to garnish the dip with a bit more Cajun Street and leeks before serving.
