| Suggestions:
Packed with flavor, this blend is very versatile. Try using when
you need to cut down on salt. Rub some oil over turkey, then coat
with Sonoma Pepper. Do the same with steaks or your favorite fish
before grilling. The orange and lemon peels really bring out the
flavor of any steamed vegetable. It's great tasting and salt free. |
Fabulous Filet Mignon

Sonoma Citrus Cheese Roll
Cut cream cheese in half lengthwise. Roll each half into a
log shape. Coat each log with Sonoma Pepper on all sides. Chill
a few minutes and serve with crackers or crusty bread.
(You can substitute goat cheese for the cream cheese for a
heartier appetizer.)

Herb Roasted New Potatoes

baking dish, leaving skins on. Coat the potatoes with some olive
oil, then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Sonoma Pepper and 4 teaspoons
of Herb de Provence over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until done. Salt to
taste. (You can use Fisherman's Wharf in place of salt for a
more flavorful experience.)

minutes. Add shrimp and Sonoma Pepper and continue to saute
until shrimp turns pink. Serve over rice.
For another wonderful taste, replace the Sonoma Pepper with
our Fisherman's Wharf and cook the shrimp the same way.
