Four Seasons Steak
2 lbs. trimmed choice steak
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup Wild Turkey Gourmet Sauce
Place steak in baking dish and cover with mixture. Cover and refrigerate
12-24 hours, turn steak twice. Remove steak, reserve marinade.
Cover and grill steak 4' from medium coals, turning and brushing
2 times with marinade. Grill steak 5 minutes per side for rare.
Cut beef diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serves 6
Kentucky Honey-Glazed Chicken
3 lbs. chicken pieces
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Wild Turkey Gourmet Sauce
Combine sauce
and honey. brush chicken with butter then with sauce mixture.
Covered and grill chicken bone side down, 5" to 6" from
medium coals, 15 to 25 minutes, turn chicken. Cover and grill,
turning and brushing 3 times with sauce, 15 to 20 minutes or until
done.
Serves 4 to 6.
