16oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
2T fresh Dill
Salt and Pepper
Drain Vegetables and coarsely dice. Whip cream to desired consistency and fold in vegetables and dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over Smoked Salmon or Pork Tenderloin.
