Allow butter to soften at room temperature. Combine with mix. Place in butter molds or on a butter dish and return to refrigerator. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. The perfect finish for your steak and veggies, or use as a spread for French bread. Makes 16-18 servings.
Twice as Nice Potatoes
1 Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix
1 to 8 large baking potatoes
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake potatoes until done (approximately 1 hour). Combine Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix and sour cream in a small bowl. Mix well. When potatoes are baked, cut them in half length-wise. Scoop out the inside of the potatoes and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add Cheesy Bacon Dip mixture to taste (approximately 1/4 cup per potato). Use blender or mash by hand until combined. Refill potato shells and top with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese begins to brown. Serve hot! Makes 1 to 8 servings.
