Busha Browne
BBQ Spare Ribs
* 4lb - Lean pork spare ribs
* 1 - tsp Lime or Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
THE SAUCE
* 1/4 cup- Honey
* 1/2 cup - Busha Browne Original Spicy Planter Sauce
* 1/2 cup - Busha Browne Spicy Tomato Love-Apple Sauce
* 1/2 cup - Busha Browne Spicy & Hot Pepper Sherry
Cut spare ribs into sections of two or three ribs each. Sprinkle ribs with lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and grill until nearly cooked. Remove foil. To make THE SAUCE, combine ingredients and brush on to the chops for the last 5 minutes. Serves 4

Busha's Jerk Pork Chops
* 4 - Pork Chops
* 2 - tsp Busha Browne's Jerk Seasoning
* 1 - tsp Lime Juice (optional)
Rub Jerk Seasoning and lime juice over chops. Prepare grill or barbecue and grill chops until juices run clear. Serves 2
