Maker's Grilled Lamb or Pork Chops

Serves 4

2 pounds of chops: 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1/3 cup apple jelly
1/3 cup Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce
1 garlic clove, minces

Heat above ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until jelly is melted. Cover and grill chops 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, turning and brushing 3 times with sauce mixture. Grill chops 12 to 16 minutes for medium. Serve with remaining sauce.

Maker's Cajun Grilled Shrimp

Serves 4

1-1/2 to 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled (tail left on) and deveined
1/3 cup Maker's Mark Gourmet sauce
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white wine
2 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
(This mixture is also good for fish steaks)

Mix above ingredients; place shrimp in dish and cover with marinade; refrigerate 2 hours. remove shrimp and thread on skewers; reserve marinade. Place shrimp on grill, cover and cook about 4 inches from medium coals. Turn and brush shrimp with marinade 3 times until shrimp is pink, 6 to 10 minutes.

Use as a Dip: shrimp, meatballs, cocktail franks, French fries, onion rings, raw or deep fried vegetables.

One The Grill: baste frequently on ribs, chicken, pork, steaks, hamburgers and seafood.

Makers Cream Cheese: cover cream cheese with Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce and serve with your favorite crackers. 1000 Island salad dressing: mix with equal parts of mayonnaise, chili sauce, and Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce

Maker's Bloody Mary: add 1 tbsp to your favorite Bloody Mary mix.

Fish & Seafood sauce: mix equal parts of mayonnaise, creamy horseradish sauce and Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce
